“I liked the track. It was beautiful, albeit very hot! great atmosphere. Lots of water stations too Areas for improvement: Serious lack of toilets-I had to use the mens toilet. Not sure why they had more mens toilets, even if there are more men at the event, females take longer! Also, before races, people always need to use the toilet a lot. The marshalls were not good. They were not focused in directing the runners and people took wrong turns and they would need to shout at them to alert them. ”

“I didn’t like the medal of the race, we are serious runners and participating in 15 K not a kid in a fun run to deserve to get a medal with a sticker paper on the back, because they made a big number of medals and they would like to use in several runs they are not taking the effort to grave the back side as the other organizers who care about the quality. The organizers reflecting the image of the country to the international participants and this not the quality of Dubai unfortunately”

“Great organizer, nice T-Shirt, fruit, drinks and awards. The location is nice. Parking needs to improve to be a 10/10 event. As it took us 30m to leave and 30AED on top of the race fee. The location has potential for a longer course to avoid 3 laps. Some runners cut corners in every opportunity... sad to see. Overall a great family friendly event and great team effort by SuperSports organizing it. Thank you!”

“Great event, the only comment would be on the parking. I think 30AED is quite expensive for 2hrs parking and plus it took a while to exit the venue as there was only one attended. I understand if we need to pay but maybe this can be included into the fee next time to ensure easy exit from the venue ”

“Really enjoy the race. A very good atmosphere, volunteers were very cheerful. I noticed some runners doing the 10k were confused ( probably had not looked at the map) at the turnaround which was marked at 5K turn (only). However, the volunteer did a good job chasing them down to do the U turn. ”

“It was a little bit boring for 10k and 15k runners to run the loops. As from my experience, the quality of T-shirts were again very poor :( before pandemic you had a really nice T-shirts with a very expensive quality. It would be geyser if you assign more people to motivate runners. The design of the medal was amazing!!”

“Nicely organized running event. Everything went very smoothly. Only one small detail was bit inconvenient for me, the gif voucher (winning the 15km women run) for schenkler was to their main showroom which was quite far and not easy to reach. Staying in Dubai only for few days it was impossible for me to use the voucher. ”

“First run in Dubai and it was mostly great. One minor thing I’d change… don‘t block the area after the finish line. Allow people to run on a little just so the watch distance hits the race distance.”

“Nice course, perhaps at times would be nice to avoid multiple laps and just make it a longer route for the 10k, though logistically understand that it is a bit more complex to cordone off the full 10k area. There should be an agreement with the Dubai Harbour Parking for parking pre-pay or no prepay at all as 20-30aed on top of 180aed fee is quite pricey and it took 35 mins to leave parking due to queue of everyone paying one by one. Thanks for the organisation!”
