“A slight decline from the usual high standard - Great race as usual, but I experienced a decline in the overall standard which can be an alarm for the next races if not taken into account: - From the 2 water stations, the 1st was positioned few meters away from the start line. - The 2nd station was manned with a lot of folks, which found their smartphones more interesting. - The pre and post communications addressed wrong first names. - Confusing distances on timing certs. - Breakfast vouchers not honored.”

The only comment I have is the route near the finish line, it could have been on a straight path rather than turning left to the parking area where you could not be able to do a sprint. “Great fun with friends - Although I enjoy very much participating, I am finding the start of the race very frustrating. There are those that run and those that walk. Those that walk insist on walking in line across the road. This prevents those that run from passing. Why can’t those that walk stay to the left and allow those that run to pass freely? This is a real problem at the first round-about. Presently the only way to beat this frustration is to push my way to the front before the start and that’s not much fun for anyone. I would recommend that you have marshals at the start to keep walkers to one side.”

“Really fun run! Great organization! Great people! - This race had a lot of participants, but was still seamless (it seemed to me!). Great organization, easy to get to, park, and pick up race bib/pack. Quick, simple starts for both 10k and 5k. Really fun morning! I've participated in many runs in the USA and Sweden and the couple that I've been to with the Striders and at ZSC have been really positive. Thank you!”

“Last minute changes - Race is well run. Only recommendation is to not make last minute changes and surprise runners with new rules, such as no wearing of headphones. This has always been allowed in the past and on a closed course like ZSC there is no danger. ”

“Good organisation, poor support on course - There should be a few more people cheering on the course. It would have made the boring course a bit more lively. The 5k race was full of 'tourists', people having a chat and a laugh and it was really annoying to dodge them as a serious participant. I'd suggest seperating the courses (or racing after the 10k) or at very least the not walking on the racing line.”

I had a few in front who just stopped all of a sudden or walking 4 abreast. Also the van that drove down the course was dangerous. This was the drivers fault. ”
