“One of the best races I have ever enteres - This was a phenomenal experience - starting the race in the dark, under the stars (with head torch lighting the way) - the kms flew by as the trail was so beautiful you didn't notice the distance. The support and organization was brilliant too - and the Urban Ultra team went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a fun but safe experience. Also, deserving a mention are the peanut butter flapjacks at the second checkpoint. Wish I could do it again tomorrow!”

“Great nature - Overall a good event. I think that for the price I could expect a little bit more: race pack was standard, aid stations ok but a bit poor sorted, after race nutrition was really poor. I would suggest at least a kind of photocall at the finish, something innovative as the great medals. Better explanation of the race elevation profile. The steep hill at the end cought the mayority by surprise. For the rest, an awesome race.”

“Fantastic Race in a beautiful place - This race was well organised, well marshalled and the safety briefing before the race was thorough. It's just a shame that a small number of people didn't listen to the briefing and then went wrong on the course. The winners' trophies being rocks was so original, and the medal was made of wood and is a real keepsake. Thank to all involved, bring on next year! ”

“Beautiful and nice course - Ultra race and course was beautiful, well organized but course distance I think was need to review!! My smart watch was showing 22.31 miles which means 35.90 K and this course supposed to be 19 miles which is 30 k. It is not a complaints but just a thought!!”

“Nice scenery-poor and unprofessional organising - Loved the concept of viewing nature and sunrise and pre-race communication was great. Actual race - 10km route inappropriate and more for hiking with crazy decent towards the finish. No mention in briefing about turning off the running track. Then told we were ‘blind’ for missing it by Louise. Prize Giving was an absolute non-event with poor communication. Much potential for this race but definitely disappointing and not worth the money. ”
