“What an experience! - The 1st 50K was brutally hard, the 1st mountain was excellent, the second mountain I got very frustrated with the lack of trail, or too much scrambling. I really wanted to run, but this section didn't make it possible. The remaining 50K was a welcome relief! Next year, the direction should remain, having the mountains in the end would be very very unpleasant. !! Maybe a 50K race could be incorporated for those not wanting to do the 100K but wished to climb the mountains and see the great views”

“Spectacular ultra run in the UAE - A very well organised event; views in the Hajar mountains were spectacular, but that meant a couple of tough mountain climbs to earn them. Aid station support by the volunteers manning them was excellent. Thorough organisation by race organisers Louise and Pascale, with nothing overlooked from start to finish. Thank you, I will definitely be back next year.”

“Amazing inaugural 100k - Would prefer to buy individual photos like Dsrt Stinker. Maybe put video online (free) for promotional. Mixed feelings about boulder field - awesome YES! But maybe too awesome and a race ender for some. Logistics for this must have been insane and the RDs did an excellent job. Support stations = perfect. Course stunningly beautiful. Positive energy all around. Competent organization and staff all around. My favorite race to date! ”

“A stunning 100k with great organisation - A fantastic race with amazing scenery and routes that you could only dream of . This is a tough race with steep climbs but with a 24 hour cut off is one that you could trek.
