“Good race, very poor event giveaways - The race is beautiful. Disappointed with the medal again. Very poor quality medal. T-shirts also very cheap looking. Never have enough of the correct sizes of t-shirts, too many large and not enough small. Runners are generally small so should have enough small sizes. The vouchers given out on the day are only valid in Abu Dhabi which is useless as I never go to Abu Dhabi, it is in a different emirate, we live in Dubai, the race is in Dubai so what is the point of giving out voucher that no one can use.”

“Value for Money - Its a good event i enjoy taking part. everything is perfect. I had mentioned last time not to ask kids of their lucky number for spot prizes better put all numbers in a bowl and take numbers infornt of the people. Thanks”

“Nice venue but boring course - My Garmin registered the distance as 7.6km not 8.And I thought I had run really fast when I saw my time!!!!”

“Waste of time and money - Bottom line - I arrived, I picked up my number (222) and timing chip, I ran a personal best, my time didn't register, so there is no official record. I received a medal that children who weren't registered and their maids(?!) also received, therefore making it worthless, and a cheap cap. Truly awful experience. I won't be wasting my time here again.”

“Perfect in every way! - Absolutely great organization. Great atmosphere. The jewel on the crown is the immediate results. Provisional ones were already posted at the race venue and the final ones are already online a few hours after the race. I hope we get to see the pictures soon too.”

“Inaccurate distance. - Problems reported after the previous race seem to have been solved. Both pre- and post-race organisation was good, with clear announcements. But I cannot forgive the inaccurate course measurement - about 400 metres, a whole athletics-track lap, short. From a quick glance at the course map, it's obvious that the 8K could not possibly be double the 4K. I hope next season will see a return to the previous venue.”
