“Good event - The interesting thing to me whether it be the Spinneys race or this Crit series is that the majority of the entrants, like myself, are masters. My opinion( gathered from many discussions with social riders) is that if you want to attract more competitors is have a masters division. Even if you set it at 45+ you will get moire people turning up to have a go. Next year the points/classification should be defined. Timing results where photographically proven to be inaccurate. Well done. ”

“Good to have shorter aggressive format in Dubai - Loop pretty boring, with no sharp corners or climbs to aid breakaways. Consider 4km loop for added spectator appeal or perhaps custom course with u-turn included. Consider evening event, again to bring new spectators/friends to see event. Some basic little lucky draw prizes to spice up the announcements. Thanks for the event”

“Share the love - Another good event and great that it was safe this time with no crashes. Perhaps if more prizes were available; fastest lap, intermediate sprint and first past the post are OK but it would be nice to have something for podium finishers (second and third) and winners in age categories. Having one person win everything is boring. Share the love around. Want to support the girls but if there are only a couple there, only do one prize, not multiple. Nice to have the bike raffled. ”

“Fun event but expensive - Really fun event but just expensive and not much for your money. Also no qualifying between groups so same people win every time. A victory should promote them to the advanced from the intermediate. The intermediate should encourage true amateurs. Also those teams taking part in intermediate to make up the group and not in the race should also help other cyclists instead of getting in the way. Good fun event but needs tweaking! ”
