“Amazing - Great effort for first event, and good control from marshals to not allow others to join another cat, only the cones should go away for next time, must of been because of organization restrictions. Water stations not needed for this distance if you got your 2 water bottles on ur bike as the weather was nice.”

“A nice first race for my friends and I - I didnt receive a race t shirt and the food was almost finished by the time i finished at 9am ish. There was confusion as to which lane to take to be safe and the water stations didnt work very well. All the marshalls were super friendly but i just think there needed to be a few more for safety. I liked the course and it had a nice feel. ”

“Was ok for a 60km spin - Start line - hard to distinguish who was riding in what category. There were females riding in social. Marshalling - more marshals needed or signage out on the course Water stations - bottle lids off please! Cones and traffic - cones were messy and dangerous in places. Make the side of the road/cones that you want the riders on consistent. We were asked to move from one side to the other. Coming back into Town Square - Federation guy there to assist which helped. No females in video!!!”

“Dangerous - Dont put giant cones in the middle of the road as it makes amateurs race dangerously. There could have been multiple crashes. Definitely wont be doing the race again unless it's 2 lanes”

“Cones cause extreme danger!! - You can't put cones in the middle of a road to hold cyclists in one lane, this just does not work and will never work. The road is never big enough for those who are in a race,Riders start moving left and ride of the cones which changes the purpose of the cones from road barriers into extremely dangerous obstacles which can also cause people that stay inside the lane to crash(if cones falls onto people in the lane..)!I was personally more focussed on the cones and other riders then on the race”

“Cones made it dangerous - The cones on the side of the road to keep the riders in one lane were exceedingly dangerous and made for an unpleasant race. In fact, we witnessed a rider hit one of the cones head on in a tight bunch of cyclists. Unacceptable... ”

“Disappointed - Our entire group which consisted of 18 cyclists were disqualified for no apparent reason. I believe it may have been because we started in the incorrect category and/ or we finished more than 50 minutes after race winner? Not sure how any of this is relevant as we entered this race as a group of friends for fun. The race pack itself was non-existent except for a timing chip. There was no T-shirt which was suppose to be included? The light snacks were insufficient.”

“Horrible marshals on motor bikes - I was prevented to join a pellet on by a marshal ona motorcycle horning and attacking. This is very dangerous to do harassing a bike... the guy keeps on shouting that this is a private peloton. Like private in a race??? The guy was more towards the chubby side with dark skin on a golden orange barely. Disgrace...”
