“Good event but age category is a must - I think there should be an age category and not simply overall winners or at least there should be an option to view your results in your age group At reasonably fit 37, you stand no chance against a fit 20 yr old I think an age category would encourage more people to participate Also it should be made clear to runners not to clog the stairwell If slow keep to the outside and do not walk side by side with your friend having a chat disregarding runners trying to overtake”

“Tough and challenging. - My only comment is that stair climbing is an extreme event and consideration with prizes should be given to senior participants. It’s very difficult for someone over 40 to compete against a 20-30 yr old at max heart rate level, so why not have an open and age category event so others have a chance of a medal. This may also attract more athletes.”

“Something a bit different - Nice to take part in something different. I feel there should have have been age categories rather than all open. Water station should have been available earlier rather than just before stairs when you had to leave bottle ”

“The Vertical Endurance - Great family event. - Last year it was my first ever Vertica/Tower Running l Race where my whole family and one of my friends who also participated, enjoyed a lot. I am happy to be part of this endurance filled event this year as well. Keep the good work going. ”

“A great event but... - I thought the race was well organized and overall a great event. Race pack pickup I found was a little slow. Stood in line for like 10 minutes and I realized the reason it was slow was because of the ipad surveys! I had to provide answers they could easily could have taken from premiere online. Again, not happy why the medals and goody bags could not have been given at the finish line. I wanted to leave early but was made to wait. Also disappointed that age group categories were eliminated.”
