“A great event - Well orgnaized and good communication, waves of four worked well... Challenging but short, definitely felt with my while! Perhaps don't give out paper towels near the top as it became a slip hazard? Also I would have loved to have my photo taken. The raffle was great, but maybe consider not having such big prizes for the top three but more prizes for more top finishers? Would definitely participate again, thanks!”

“Great atmosphere and fun race. - Was so different. and such a great cardio work out... was out of breath for a couple of mins afterwards, I couldn't even drink water...lol.... Staff where brill, hats of to all involved... one of the most enjoyable events I have participated in to date..... only issue is stairs very narrow for overtaking, but was not big problem as most people moved aside or where going at very different speeds any place changes done in max 1 flight of stairs.. I had no real issues... again well done team M1”

“Overall great event! - The doors on all the floors of the staircase should be opened during the race for ventilation. Also if the stairs are cleaned before the race, the runners won't inhale too much of dust. I saw a few runners coughing at the end of the race like myself. Apart from that, GREAT EVENT! ”

“Enjoyable event - fun vibe - I liked the combination of fairly testing run and staircase - bit different from other events. Everything was well set up, and the emphasis was on fun for all talent levels. Maybe a bit too much hanging around at the end for individual runners....medals should be handed out as runners cross the finishing line.”

“An awesome vertical race - Hi M1 organizers you did a great job! Thanks to everyone especially to Svet for granting my/others' requests of including medals to all finishers. My suggestion is, I understand that the staircase floor finish is quite slippery if becomes wet but I hope that next year there'll be people standing on spacious landing, holding even a tiny cup with water because i had a hard time-the run & climb made my throat so dry. We drink, leave the cup & go. Also, pls open the Exit doors for some air. Thanks.”

“Not worth the money - It was very well organized, but I didn't like the fact that there were no T-shirts or anything else in the "goody bag." The building didn't feel tall enough to be much of a challenge. It was still tiring, but short. There's too much time to wait around for lunch, so I just went home. Would rather have better goody bags than tombola prizes.”
