“Amazing race - Challenging one! Route wel selected andl prepared. Worth to get tired to see a stunning desert view, cope with numerous dunes and cover a nice distance. Definitely, a place to come over for 2 weeks and ride or camp.”

“Nice event - I was sent the wrong way by the marshall on the final roundabout. When I informed the organiser I was told I should have checked the course. It was my first time and I trusted the marshall to guide me. No support stations on the 44 kms route either. ”

“Start 104 course first. - Gorgeous course. First water stop was great at the top of the hill, but towards the end of the race, last 40k, I struggled to find water. I was too slow overall, so at the finish line, there wasn't water or food or medals, but there were cars crossing the line with me. My finish time was 4 hours. I was in the female 104 category, so I was a later start.”

“Tough and challenging course, but worth it! - All was pretty good. The main thing was the water stations, I was under the impression that there was supposed to be water every 20km and the first one I saw was at around the 50km mark (which I missed because I wasn't expecting it). ”

“Tough/Rewarding Challenge - First time taking part. Drove down from AD in the morning, and back after the race - home by 15:30. Long day, but worth it. Organisation was spot on. Hairy moment at the start due to the amount of sand on the first roundabout. Looks like I'll be signing up again next year. ”

“Nice race but the usual rubbish photo management - If you are going to put numbers on the side of people, make the photographers take the photos from the side so the numbers cab be read ! The photo album system is complete garbage - slow, clunky, unable to load multiple pages and rubbish for searching through. If you dont get many purchases its simply because people cannot find their own photos under the completely obstructive watermark. The race was otherwise great although there was supposed to be a 4 hour cutoff but at 4.30 it was shut.”

“AMAZING!!!! - GREAT location. Well organized race. Western Hotel registration was a good idea. Definitely need to have this event more than once a year. Finally a medal and a cool one too. It would be great if closure time is extended by 15-20 min - its dangerous and very discouraging to have cars coming at you and behind you at the final and toughest stretch of the route. “Stunning, unique & challenging course - loved it - Only issue was the water there was none when I came to the second aid station on the dune - I needed water then and there was none. I think there should be another station at the 104k turn then those doing that distance definitely hydrate. If Al Ain water sponsor they should provide way over the amount the amount the organisers need. Other than that I loved it - congrats to all involved ”

“Great race - The race was great, in an inspiring and beautiful environment. My only suggestion to Premieronline would be to overhaul their website. It has many dead links on it and during the registration process you are asked for your contact details (it says you don't have to in case you don't want these to be shared with spammers). But if you don't give the details, you can't register.”

“A stunning event in a stunning environment! - Fantastic and challenging event - excellent Organisation, marshaling and support from local authorities to have properly closed roads. Only minor issue is I only saw 2 aid stations at 50 and 70 (I did the 84). Thanks to all involved.”

“More water - I finished the 104k in 3:52. Not terribly slow. When I completed the race there was no water left in the ice coolers. ”

“Great Event and Great Scenery - The event was well organized and fun. The route was well marshaled despite a last minute change in the 104 route (making it 102). The only suggestions I have would be for easier access to post-event photos, and more water stations. The temperatures were cooler this year, making the number of stations adequate for me. If it were a few degrees warmer, more water stations would be a necessity. Thanks to all at Gulf Multisport and the AD Sport Council. ”

“A great and enjoyable challenge - - even though I finished below 4 hours; there were cars in some parts of the road. It was dangerous and felt uncomfortable. Mainly on the flat section towards the 104 U-Turn - I think there were less water stations than last year. Or may Be I missed it but I remember there was one every 20 Kms and I couldn’t find any till after 30.”
