The start, only the 10km runners had the privilege to run without pausing every 3 steps due to the 2.5s. Overall great event.”

“Cool indoors beats summer heat - The start is very cramped, unless you are near the front it can take a while to actually get running, then trying to get past people who should be further back really puts you off your stride. Please encourage people to line up with expected finish time as this will help stop the poor start. ”
