Shirt sizes should be available for all and not based on whatever if left. Its useless if you're size small and they gave you a large one! Shirt sizes should be included on the registration. No food or snack at the finish? At least fruits would help. A lot to improve”

“Everything was perfect! - This was my first ABRaS race and I really enjoyed it. The organisation was excellent. I liked the friendly atmosphere. I won the 3K, set a course record and got a PB too so I am delighted! Now that I am familiar with the course, I look forward to running here again. ”
