By what time should I arrive at the event venue?
You will be required to land in Moshi (Tanzania) no later than the 12 November 2023. We recommend however Joining one of our tours before or after the event.

What are the start time(s) of the event?
12 November - Arrive in Tanzania (Moshi)
13 November - Briefing, Kit Check, Surprise for excursion for all athletes.
14 November - Drive 1.5hrs from Chanya lodge to Machame park gate for the start of the Race.
15 to 20 November - Mountain Days (Please see our website for more information https://worldshighestevents.com/the-itinerary/ ).
20 November - Awards and calibration dinner at Chanya lodge
21 November - Leave for extended Tours or Home Country.

Race Pack / Number collection details?
All athletes will receive their race packs at briefing in Tanzania!

Will there be support stations? If yes, how many, where, providing what support?
All food and beverages (Non alcoholic) will be provide for during the days on the mountain. Athletes will be required to carry their own water each day, but aid stations will be allocated throughout each day of the event.

What estimated time will the event finish?
The event will be finished by the 21 November where athletes will either continue on one of our tours or head home to their country of choice.
