Age is calculated as age on the day.

Seniors and masters you are allowed 1 runner out of age group (from seniors and masters only) if you have 1 runner from the other age group just enter 3 correct runners.

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  1 Hour prior to your first Relay.

• What are the start time(s) of the event?

  4:40 pm is the start of the first race

• Where do I go for the event?

  Dubai Sports City Athletics Stadium- Next to Fit Republik.

• How does it work?

  Gather a team of 2 males and 2 females in the same age group.
  U13, U15, U17, Seniors and Masters (35+)
  You can enter the 4x100m, 4x200m and/or 4x400m
  Fastest 8 Teams qualify for the Final on the same evening.

  There is free parking at Fit Republik
