“Scape” weekends are perfect for having a higher volume of training, building specific race fitness, and replicating the race situations that most of the time require more attention such as Transitions, Open Water, and Pacing skills.
Mini-camps are a great way to train with more intensity with like-minded athletes. Having the expertise of BR coaches close by to share valuable advice and information that will make the difference in your race day performance.

5:00pm: Open water drills
