Whether you enter the Beginners' or Intermediate program, you will work with well trained and qualified coaches who will also evaluate your fitness prior to the start of your program.
This program also includes sort talks about sports nutrition & pre-race meals that allow you to train and race at your maximum effort levels, a qualified Sports Scientist will be also on board assisting you with injury rehabilitation sessions, and foot expeditions.

Two groups to choose from: Beginners or intermediate
Beginners program:
· How to swim efficiently.
· Maintaining your pace on the bike with proper bike handling skills.
· Run injury free of the bike. (super sprint to sprint distance)
· How to set up your own transition faster and efficiently.
GOAL: You will be able to complete a super sprint to sprint distance in triathlon.
Intermediate program:
· swim strokes breathing patterns
· bike average over longer distance
· speed drill that creates faster splits of the bike. (Olympic Distance)
· How to set up your own transition faster and efficiently.
Goal: You will be able to complete an Olympic distance with pre long distance triathlon fundamentals.
Do you know what works for your feet? As a add on bonus this is something NEW for you
· selecting the right shoes that works for your feet.
· understanding what pronating, supernatant, neutral and stability shoes are and them
differences.
