    Sunday: Tri-Cycle 6:00 pm Hudyrat Cycle Track
    Wednesday: Tri-Run 7:00 pm Zayed Sports City ( Athletic Track)

  • CYCLING Program

    Method | Training hard is the best approach to becoming a fast cycler. Our qualified trainers are always on the ground to ride with you and offer you with techniques and skills for faster cycling. We recommend that you cycle at a speed that you are comfortable with but this should improve with time during the regular training duration.

    What you get?

    2. TECHNIQUE: master the technique of the natural running
    3. GROUP TRAINING: small group for maximum efficiency
    4. RUNNING COMMUNITY : will have the opportunity to inspire one another, to reach new goals and to have fun together.

    SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

    Monday: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Zayed Sports City ( Athletic Track)
    Wednesday: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Zayed Sports City ( Athletic Track)

  • SWIMMING Program

    Method | We group our athletes in teams for proper coordination and training. During the training sessions, an athlete is able to achieve a maximum level of performance as they get to interact with each other and exchange ideas and experiences. Our qualified trainers recommend that for beginners, a simple bathing suit will suffice. Always remember that your safety comes first and due to this reason, we recommend that you carry your nose-plugs and goggles for swimming lessons.

    What Will You Get?

    1. TRAINING SESSION : in 8 x 1-1.5hr scheduled training sessions which will focus on emphasize posture and body position, with a faster progression so you will be able to train on the open water
    2. TECHNIQUE: We will also cover skills for open water and finish each class with a short workout.
    3. GROUP TRAINING
    4. OUTCOME : swim long distance on open water

    Schedule and Location :

    Saturday: 9:00 am, Al Jazira swimming Pool/Hudaiyrat Beach
    Tuesday: 7:00 pm, Al Jazira swimming Pool
