In our Cycling Program We will help you to master good technique and cycling abilities so that you can compete and finish the most spectacular races in the world and can take part in a mass training tours, bike races, and triathlon races with confidence in 8 scheduled training sessions.

  • What is the duration of the session?

    1 Hour

  • What will you learn?

    1. CONTACT PEDALS: It can be difficult for beginners to get used to the pedals of a bike: we will teach you to quickly clip in and out of them.
    2. CONTROLLING YOUR BIKE: You will learn how to maintain balance and correct body position when cornering.
    3. CIRCULAR PEDALING: allows you not only to push the pedals but also to pull them, almost doubling your speed.
    4. GROUPS INTERACTION: It is necessary to have total confidence in the partners during the race and practice, not only about safety, but also about productive cycling. You may reduce air resistance and improve results with the support of drafting and switching techniques.
    5. REFRESHMENT DURING THE RACE: In order to refuel on the go, we will show you how to operate the cycle with or without one hand and teach you about appropriate sports food.
    6. BIKE MAINTENANCE: Understand the bike itself, learn how to change the tubes and tires and notice minor damage.
    7. SAFE CYCLING ON THE ROADS: Know the rules and signs needed for riding.
