WALK, RUN FOR UNITY IN DIVERSITY 

• Who is eligible to enter the run?

  Participants below 18 years of age, must obtain parent’s/guardian’s consent to participate.
  Please note that Under-10 year old’s have to be accompanied by one adult.
  Stroller runners must consist of one adult with a child in a stroller.

• Does The Unity Run support any organization?

  The Unity Run is the leading community event in the UAE, supporting people of determination and promoting the cause of inclusiveness in all areas of society.

• Can people with disabilities take part ?

  People of all abilities are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
  Entry for people of determination is completely free of charge.
  Participants may walk run or use wheel chairs.

• What are the run categories?

  3km Walk/Run
  5km Timed Run
  10Km Timed Run

• When and where is The Unity Run?

  The Unity Run will be held on Sunday 3rd March 2024 in Expo City Dubai.

• Will there be hydration stations available?

  Yes. Participants can refresh themselves with water provided at the Al Ain water stations along the run route and in the Unity Run Village.

• What is the event program?

  6:00 AM - Open Registration
  6:30 AM - Open Unity Run Village
  7:30 AM - Close Registration
  7:45 AM - Race briefing & Warm up
  8:00 AM - Start 3 km Walk/Run, 5 Km and 10 km
  9:30 AM – 10 km, 5 km Run & 3 km Walk/Run Ends
  11:00 AM - The Unity Run 2024 Ends
  
  Please note:
  Participants are advised to arrive at least one hour before their run/walk starts
  All Unity Village vendors are advised to be set up by 6:15 AM

• What is the event registration closing date?

  Registration closes on Wednesday 28th February 2024 or when The Unity Run capacity is full. Register early to avoid any disappointment.

• What is The Unity Run route?

  There will be three marked distances, 3km, 5km and 10km.

• Wheelchairs and strollers

  Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed during the run.

• Facilities & Services

  Medical : Registered Nurse and Paramedic present, Physician present.
  Parking and Wheelchair: There is plenty of parking space in Expo City Dubai, Al Forsan parking

• EVENT WAIVER

  *Please Note
  All entrants will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of The Unity Run 2024 in order to participate. Waivers must be agreed online to complete the registration process. There will be NO registrations on the run day. No refunds for participants who do not eventually take part in the run for whatever reason. Transfer of run entries to another party is STRICTLY prohibited.

  Each participant has informed themselves of the medical contraindications that may affect their participation in The Unity Run 3KM, 5KM and 10KM, absolves the run organizers (including medical and technical staff) of any responsibility for medical problems or injuries that they may incur during the event.
