Swim Smooth's 1 Day Stroke Correction Clinic is the very best way available to improve your freestyle swimming using our coaching methods. whether it's triathlon, open water swimming or simply to understand how to be efficient and faster from season to season coached by a Certified Swim Smooth Coach.
We use the latest underwater technology and instant analysis to help you understand and refine your stroke (Limited to 8 Swimmers)
Our clinic will take about 4-5 hours that will involve both classroom and pool based sessions during which the following areas will be covered:
