This is a series of Fun Runs for all ages and abilities. Entry is free to all participants with the aim to increase your fitness levels and socialize with like-minded runners and families on the day!

Have you run at one venue already? Try another for a nice change in scenery. A fun morning out for the whole family.

First time runners, how do you collect the Shirt?

First time runners will need to look for their number on the registration board at run check-in, which opens from 7.30am onwards. Each shirt is linked to a number so once you have found your number approach the check-in team and collect your shirt.
Please be aware that there is only 1 t-shirt per person for the 2021/22 series of runs.
Children under 3yrs do not receive a t-shirt but are more than welcome to join in either by walking or in a stroller.
What is the Run Day Program?

Be checked in at least 20 - 30 minutes before the start of the run.

Yes, in and around the start area.
What is the level of difficulty of the course?

Flat and easy
What are the support stations and where are they placed?

For each venue, there will be one water station out on course at roughly the mid-way point (1.25km).

All participant will also receive some snacks and water once they have completed the race.
Where can I find the Run Photos?

These will be available on Facebook: Spinneys Family Run and be posted 72 hours after they have been checked and edited. Individual photos are not guaranteed.

Further information regarding the Spinneys Family Fun Run (Run Briefing, Run Course etc.) can be found in the Event Downloads section of this page, so ensure you have a clear understanding of the rules and regulations as well as what the course will look like / entail.

As an additional note, there will not be any timing for Spinneys Family Fun Run event from 4th of December 2021 onwards.
How is this event handling Covid19 related concerns?

• Self-social distancing of 1m at all times.
• Wear a mask till just before you start and once you finished put it back on or a new disposable mask will be given to you.
• Stay in the Race Village Area till your distance is called to the Start Area.
• No gatherings / hugging / touching / group photos etc.
• Self-service water stations out on course and at the finish line.
• Sanitize your hands regularly at designated stations.
• If you feel unwell on the morning of the event with flu-like symptoms, please stay at home!
Why have I not received any race emails from the event organizer?

Run emails are sent 7 days before race day, and on the Wednesday before the race at 5pm. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam / junk / promotions or other folders and un-spam us so you can receive future emails from us, Super Sports UAE. If you still can’t find your race emails, please use the Contact Organizer button on this page.
