Following a five-year hiatus, the SODIC Charity Run will return in September, organised by The TriFactory and in support of the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation. Featuring three distances, a 10K Race, 5K Race, and 3K Fun Run, the SODIC Charity Run is perfect for the whole family and suitable for runners of all ages and abilities. In addition to the fantastic destination and fast & flat race course, The TriFactory will be operating the MYLAPS timing system for the 10K Race and the 5K Race, which automatically times every single runner in the race. This is the same system that is used at the Olympic Games. Like all of The TriFactory's major sports events, the SODIC Charity Run will fall under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth & Sports and the supervision of the Egyptian Athletics Federation, ensuring that it is organised to international standards.
The SODIC Charity Run will take runners on a world-class running course, offering participants the choice of two competitive running races (10K & 5K), and the 3K Fun Run.
