The Skoda UAE Cycling Challenge is an initiative by Ali and Sons Company aimed at bringing the community together and promoting health awareness through one of the most popular sports in the world. The event will take place on October 21st at the renowned Al Qudra Cycling Track in Dubai. The event will feature professional cyclists competing in a 42 km timed track race and amateur cyclists participating in a 15 km track race. Additionally, there will be an obstacle cycling race and a 100-meter cycling race organized in the festival village area for children under the age of 8. Every cyclist will receive a medal at the finish line.

• What are the race categories?

  There are two race distances:
  - 42 km for Pro Cyclists - Cyclists will complete a single loop in this category, with an average completion time of approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. This will be a time-tracked race.
  - 15 km for Amateur Cyclists - This is a non-timed race where cyclists will complete a single loop, typically taking around 30 to 45 minutes to finish this distance.

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  Every participant should arrive at the location before 6 AM.

• What are the start time(s) of the event?

  The 42 KM race starts at 8AM and the 15KM starts at 9 am.
