The workshop will consist of two parts: theoretical and practical.
During the theoretical part, our experienced running coach will cover essential topics such as training strategies, injury prevention, nutrition, pacing, and mental preparation. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized advice.
During the practical part, you will learn the most efficient running technique for long-distance running. This part of the workshop will be focused on improving your running technique and efficiency, covering topics such as posture, landing position, cadence, and oscillations. You will try efficient drills to improve the running form. Our coach will evaluate your running technique and make recommendations.
