The Oman Triathlon Series is a set of 5 event that are happening all
over Muscat. The Oman Triathlon Committee series will be allocating points for
each individual and the individual with most points by the end of the series
will be crowned the champion of Oman Triathlon Committee Series. This is the first Olympic distance triathlon on the series and will be held at Qurum Beach. Participants will do 1.5km Swim - 40km Bike - 10km Run

• What are the event distances of the race?

  Swim - 1.5km
  Bike - 40km
  Run - 10km

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  Participant registration opens at 5:30 am. Transition opens at 6:00 am and closes by 7:30 am.

• What are the start time(s) of the event?

  Event race brief starts at 7:50 am and is mandatory for all participants. Race kicks off at 8:00 am

• Where do I go for the event?

  Event will be at Athaiba beach. Please see the Event Location map on this page.

• What are my options for parking?

  There is ample parking at the event location.

• Race Pack / Number collection details?

  Race kit collection will be on 23rd Aughust 2024 starting from 5:30 am to 6:30 am

• Are there bag drop facilities?

  Transition opens at 6:30 am. All participants are responsible for their own equipment and bags.

• Will there be support stations? If yes, how many, where, providing what support?

  There will be one aid station on the bike course and one on the run course. There will be a bike support for minor repairs.

• What estimated time will the event finish?

  Expected end time for the event is 10 am.

• Is drafting allowed?

  Yes this event allows drafting

• Are Time Trial Bikes or Triathlon Bikes allowed?

  No. Triathlon bike and Time Trial bikes are not allowed
