Your favorite neighborhood vertical run returns on the 11th February 2023!
The annual M1Run combines a 1.2km incline run followed by over 700 steps in the staircase from the 7th to the 42nd floor of Media One Hotel & Tower.
There is no need to be scared of the stairs! Join the challenge with prices starting from AED 125 for individual participants and AED 375 for team sign ups where you can win great prizes, goody bags and medals to record your achievements.
With times being recorded you can track your achievements and set goals for next year or maybe you can even beat the race record of under 6.5 minutes?!

  Registration open in Ciao Bella (ground floor) from 7:30 am, Race starts at 9 am

  On the day of the event -
  Bib collection at office tower lobby on the ground floor and registration in Ciao Bella at 7:30 am (in Media One Hotel, ground floor)

• Who holds the world record for the M1 run?

  To date, the female and male record holders respectively are Euliter Jepchirchir Tanui from Kenya, 25 years old with a time of 00:08:45 and Piotr Lobodzinski from Poland, age 31 with an amazing time of 00:06:33

• Does every runner get a prize?

  Yes, every runner gets a goody bag and a medal

• How long does it take on average to complete the run?

  On average the run takes 15 - 20 minutes depending on your physical well being
