We are happy to announce the IRONSTAR Indoor Triathlon series for summer 2020!
Last year, you absolutely smashed the summer season at 2 indoor races.
This year 25 individual and 5 team entries only!!! Let see the best of the best doing very short and super intense stuff.
This race is a great opportunity to stay motivated during summer, get ready for longer races during or after summer as well as to try for the first time ever!

• Standard Race Schedule:

  06.00 am — 12.00 pm

• Races Details:

  Individual open male and female categories (16+) will complete:
  - 10min swim | 30min indoor bike | 20min indoor run
  - 5min rest/transition between each discipline
  
  Teams of 3 with a simultaneous start:
  - 30min swim | 30min indoor bike | 30min indoor run

• Where is the event venue?

  Max & Aegle
  Gym/Physical Fitness Center
  Al Meydan Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Race Format:

  Individual athletes:
  — 10 min swim | 30 min indoor bike | 20 min indoor run
  — 5 min rest/ transition between each discipline
  Relay teams:
  Teams of 3 with a simultaneous start:
  — 30 min swim | 30 min indoor bike | 30 min indoor run
  
  - Age groups (AG) for males and females are 16-39 & 40+
  - Participants can race individually in male or female categories (above 16+) or as part of relay team. Each member of team will start and finish simultaneously to swim or bike or run for 30 minutes.
  - Enter as relay team of 3 where each member will start and finish simultaneously to swim or bike or run for 30 minutes.

• Awards:

  Every finisher will get a finisher medal and top 3 males, females, teams will get trophies at each race besides superb gifts and presents from our partners.

• The registration includes:

  - The opportunity to race at a controlled environment of a top fitness club in Dubai - Max & Aegle - combined with world-class organization by Ironstar;
  - nice goodies and stylish finisher medal;
