Running technique workshop is for you if you are a runner of any level but started to ask yourself a question - «if you are doing everything right».
∙ Beginners will learn the basics of running;
∙ Advanced runners will find out how to reduce the risk of getting injured;
∙ You will work on your technique to increase efficiency and speed;
∙ You will practice drills to improve your balance, coordination, flexibility and mobility.
Our international team of super coaches will work closely with you and show you how to improve your running with the same exercises that professional athletes use.
