What to expect at the FitnGlam x LEANA DEEB wellness day:

• 8am Arrive at TODA, allocate a fitness mat for yourself and meet the FitnGlam community
• 9am  45-minute body-weighted fitness class with resistance bands with Leana
• 10am Complimentary refreshments, receive your gift bags and take the time to freshen up
• 11am Q+A time with Leana. This is your chance to ask Leana questions live
• 12pm Socialising and photo opportunities 
• 1pm End

As well as one week’s access to FitnGlam, a gift from Nominal jewelry, a branded water bottle and bag, all attendees will also receive a free month's access to Leana’s app, Uplift You, an online platform that changes the lives of thousands through fitness, positive habits and a focus on mental health. 
This is an all-female event from attendees to organisers. No males will be present at the event.

Event will be filmed, meaning attendees may be included in event content captured.

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  The doors will open at 8 AM; please arrive by 8 AM to get access to the venue and to put your things in the complimentary cloakroom. The spots are first come, first served, meaning the fitness mats are open for you to choose your spot.

• What are the start time(s) of the event?

  The live fitness class led by Leana Deeb will start at 9 AM.

  The event will be held at TODA, located inside Madinat, Jumeriah.

• What are my options for parking?

  There is parking at Madinat, underground, please bring your car park ticket or your license plate number to the event to have this validated by TODA. There is also an option for paid valet which can be accessed at the front of Madinat.

• Are there bag drop facilities?

  Yes. We have a complimentary cloak room to keep your bag and items.

• What estimated time will the event finish?

  The full event will be finished between 12:30 - 1 PM.
