  The elevation of Everest Base Camp (EBC) is approximately 5,364 meters (17,598 feet) above sea level.

• What are the dates and duration of the trip?

  10 days, from 16th to 26th of November

• What is the level of physical fitness required?

  The level of physical fitness required for our Everest Base Camp trip is quite manageable, and we welcome participants of varying fitness levels. While it's beneficial to have some prior hiking or trekking experience, our itinerary includes gradual ascents and rest days to allow for proper acclimatization. It's more about endurance than speed.

• What gear and equipment are required?

  We will provide you with a full list of gear and will advice you on what to wear. Good hiking boots and a winter jacket are a must.

• Can I rent gear in Nepal?

  Yes, you can rent some gear in Nepal, like sleeping bags, at a very budget price.

• Are permits required, and will you assist with obtaining them?

  All the trekking permits are on us. You need to manage to get your visa and check if you need to apply in advance depending on your nationality. Most of them can be done on arrival.

• Are the international flights included?

  International flights are not included. You have the full list of what is included and hat is not in the itinerary.
