We all have waves of discomfort, doubt, frustration, or boredom during a run.

You are completely normal if you experience the same. Don’t give up. Running won’t always be easy but the more resilient we become, the more we will be capable of achieving. Nothing will be impossible.

We would like to give athletes and sporty individuals a chance to compete against the World’s sports community.

Maybe you work very long hours in the office which makes it hard for you to wake up early during your weekend in order to participate in a race.

Maybe you want to run with your dog, just push the pram, or the weather makes it difficult now you have the opportunity to choose your own distance, venue, pace, and time.

• Who can take part in the race?

  We give an opportunity to professional sportsmen/sportswomen, and sports lovers to run and compete with other individuals who like to challenge themselves.
  Maybe because of the lockdowns and pandemic restrictions, sport events were canceled. Maybe you work very long hours in the office which makes it hard for you to wake up early during your weekend in order to participate in a race or the weather makes it difficult - now you have a great opportunity to register and run.

• Can I enter multiple challenges at once?

  You can log distance based exercise such as running and walking or combination of them, as far you will finish the required distance in ONE go.

• How do I record my result?

  There are several apps available for both iPhones and Android phones that will help you track your running and walking by measuring your total time, distance, calories burned, and more. -You can record your result with the help of your smartwatch, fitness bracelet, or cell phone. -If you decide to run on a treadmill, you can take a photo of the treadmill’s readout, in order to record your final result.

• What to do with my results after the race?

  After you have finished the virtual race, you must send an email to [email protected]. It is important to attach a screenshot from whichever running app you used as evidence and correlate to the uploaded details. The screenshot must show the date of the race, distance and the activity duration.

• What if someone cheats?

  Everest International will not be awarding a prize for first place for the overall race, nor for gender or age group. -No matter what we do, or how carefully we check the results, people are always going to be able to cheat if that’s what they want to do. -If someone wants to cheat then they are only really cheating themselves and wasting their own money and time.

• Will I receive a finisher’s medal?

  After your upload is received we will review your results. Once it is approved, you will receive a participation certificate. After the event Everest International will ship your beautiful and customised medal.
