Run Numbers will be allocated once entries close and be available for download from midday on the Friday before the run.

Run bib and chip collection is from 07h00 on the morning of the event in the car park near main entrance.

Collect your t-shirt at Check In before the event starts - between 7am to 7.55am.

Burjeel Hospital for Advanced Surgery in Dubai near Sheikh Zayed Road Al Manara off ramp.

Parking is in and around the hospital.
Arrive early as roads in and around the hospital will be closed from 07h45.
Alternate parking is available if you arrive later and is less than a 5 minute walk away.

There is NO bag drop! So please keep all valuables in the car or leave them at home.

Be checked in at least 20 - 30 minutes before the start of the run. There is NO on the day registration.

THERE IS NO BAG DROP!

Bibs must be worn on your upper body with the number facing outward.
Safety pins will be provided in and around the Race Check In area or bring your own race belt.

Timing chips are attached to the back of your run bib.
Ensure your bib has 1 timing chip stuck to the back and if not, please see Super Sports staff on the day to issue you with a new bib.
DO NOT REMOVE THE CHIP FROM THE BIB. IF YOU RUN WITH NO BIB – YOU WILL RECEIVE NO TIME AND NO RESULT!

1 x Water Station on the course at the Finish line.

Full results will be on the Super Sports website as soon as possible - Race Results.

Photos can be found on your results page by clicking on the CAMERA icon and then doing a bib or selfie search. Photos will be available 24 hours after the race has finished. Individual photos are not included in the race fee nor guaranteed.

Please wait in the Race Village area till you are called to the Start Area.
Race Director will give a brief overview of the event and then count you down and set you off.
Every time you complete a lap the timing mats will pick up your timing chip code and count the number of laps completed.
At 09h00 if you have not crossed the lap counting timing mats, you will be directed to the finish line to receive your participation medal.
Only once you cross over the start mats your race and time will start.

It doesn't matter how many laps you complete but as soon as you have run enough, cross the finish line and keep moving through the finish area where you will receive your finishers medal.

Race emails are sent during the week of the event. Make sure to register with the correct email ID so that you receive these emails. Please note company email ID’s are often blocked by the company service provider. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder and mark us as ‘not spam’ to ensure that you receive future race information emails from us. Once entries close or the event is sold out, no refunds are possible for whatever reason which includes and is not limited to: change in personal circumstances, sickness, travel restrictions, or any circumstances which may prevent you from participating in the event.
Unclaimed run packs including shirt, medal, snack will be forfeited in full after the start of a respective distance.
