The Super Sprint Triathlon is Race 3 of the BTA Triathlon League 2019 and is a good start for those starting their triathlon journey and a good speed session for seasoned athletes.

Drafting is allowed on a road bike.
Bike Type:

Age groupers can race with a TT bike or a road bike. If you use a TT bike you cannot draft
