Learn everything that you need to know to get you started in your Triathlon journey. Training and classroom sessions geared towards the newbie. Hosted in the most triathlon friendly hotel in the UAE - Oceanic Khorfakkan Resort and Spa.

  • Will there be bikes for hire?

    No, you will need to organise one and bring it along. Bicycles can be rented from various bike shops in Dubai and in Abu Dhabi.

  • Can I bring my partner along ?

    Yes, although you will be kept occupied for much of the time, there will be time to spend together. Besides that, the hotel has excellent pool, beach and spa facilities for your partner to enjoy.

  • Do I need to know how to swim?

    Yes. Although this is a beginners camp, you would need to be able to achieve a basic level in all three disciplines. For swimming you should be able to either swim for 10 mins continuously or complete 200m comfortably.

  • What level of fitness do I need to be able to participate?

    You should be able to do the following comfortably:
    Run for 10 mins,
    Swim for 10 mins without stopping,
    Ride a bike for 30 mins.
