The Rum International Marathon in the desert of Wadi Rum consists of individual runs with various distances, and a relay run of 84 KM that starts from the Hmeimeh site and ends in Wadi Rum

Where do I go for the event?

The 84 Km race individual and relay (pair) starts from the Hmeimeh site and ends in Wadi Rum.
What type of equipment should I bring?

Mandatory equipment:
- Backpack
- 1 Litter of water (two bottles of 500ml)
- Head Light
- A whistle/ Cap
- Mobile/ Light reflective material
- First Aid
- One aluminum survival sheet
Optional equipment:
- Internet
- Energy Bar / Gel
Medical Conditions:

1. Provide a medical report stamped and signed by a medical practitioner.
2. Provide a cardiac planning before the start of the race with a maximum of 30 days or
minimum of one day before the race. Stamped and signed with the date.
Violations:

1. Any participant will be excluded if he didn’t provide the medical report and ECG at the moment of inspection
2. Any participant will be excluded if he didn’t bring any of the required mandatory material.
3. Two hours penalty for anyone who receives assistance from outside the race, such as food or drink.
4. One-hour penalty for anyone who throws trash on the race track.
5. Exclusion for those who did not complete the distance between the stations according to the specified time, which will be determined for the contestants in the pre-race meeting.
6. Exclude any participant receiving transport assistance by any means.
7. Any participant who lost track and cannot return to contact us and stay in place until we reach him.
