The event is not a race!
It is about technical drivability and to overcome the XQuarry challenge with 20 custom build obstacles and technical rock and gravel terrain.
To check your driving skills, we will stick a container with water on top of your car. The challenge is to complete all obstacles and trails by spilling as little as possible of the liquid. We will measure the level at the end of the challenge and compare how well you have done. Ranking will be by completing all challenges (not all cars will be able to complete all since some challenge required modification on the car) and the lowest amount of spilled water.
Time is no criteria to avoid speeding and damages to your vehicle.

• Will there be support stations? If yes, how many, where, providing what support?

  Registered Nurse and / or Emergency Medical services present.

• What are the Contest Rules?

  - You will have 1.5 hour time allowance for the challenges.
  - You should register in teams of 2 cars (each car must have one driver and ideally one co-driver, extra passengers are not permitted).
  - Drivers must hold a valid driving license.
  - You have to arrive 30min before your time slot and will only be allowed to participate in your booked time slot
  - The competition is separated into modified cars on Friday and stock cars on Saturday to give also drivers with stock cars the chance to win a trophy.
  - Participation is at your own risk, we don't take any liability for damages to your vehicle.
  - At the entrance of the park all drivers and passengers have to sign our mandatory waiver form.

• What is the needed equipment?

  - All vehicles must be in good condition with front and rear recovery points and a spare tyre also in good condition.
  - Keep your center of gravity low by minimizing any weight on your roof! Jerry cans are not advised to be carried on your roof and absolutely no roof-tents.
  - No more than two persons per car (adults - children are not permitted in the cars).
  - Fire extinguisher.

• What is included in my registration?

  The fee is per team (2cars / 4pax)
  What's included: you will have a dedicated time slot for the challenge an 1.5hrs to complete it. Friday 9:00 / 10:30 / 12:00. Please mention in your registration which time slot you prefer. You will have free entry to the event on 5+6 February for your team (4pax), You will get 4 event T-Shirts and 4 car stickers, you have the chance to win cash (modified cars AED 3000 / stock cars AED 2000) and product prizes as well as a trophy (first 3 places)
