Not enough people on registration desk, only 1 laptop to work from? Race start staggered all over the place due to the poorly organised start and then the free for all with 2nd half first. NO WATER ON THE COURSE......”

“The event started an hour and a half late!!! It was hugely delayed and we were not kept informed as of why. We could have sat in the car in AC and waited but instead we were held at the start line for 90+ minutes. We ended up starting the run at 9am when the sun was covering the course and then….. NO water AT ALL- no water provided around the course or at the event. Climbing the mountains in the sun with no water. Absolutely ridiculous and so so disappointed. V badly run event ”

“I am an avid fan of ocr and we paid for this event to be part of the very first race you have since it sounds cool. 1. not organized at all. registration, waiver, toilet, shower room, water in the course and specially the medal 2. we were there early but the event did not start on time. Our colleague went home who paid for the event without attending the race as she will be late for work. 3. not even one congratulate us upon reaching the finisher line to atleast make feel proud.”

“I want to ask for refund, the event was so bad nothing is managed from the start line till we finished. I drove from Abudhabi early morning to reach on time 6:30am as they mentioned and the race should start at 7:30am but the race start 8:30am. Most of participants got lost in the race route because no signs no enough team give you the directions and no water points. A lot of participants they stop because the water and in the end we surprise there is no medal is given and no podium as well.”

“The course was brilliant! One of the best, but the facilities and safety poor. NO water supplied in the course. Toilets blocked or with little/no pressure. NO medals just a voucher to fill out with no where to put them. (So left randomly on table). Shirt sizes S and M were ‘finished’ so only L or LX were left and we arrived exactly when asked to do so. So race/course/Marshall’s excellent… experience poorly executed and unsafe (hygiene, hydration, health and safety) ”

“التنظيم للسباق غير مقبول أبداً -تاخير في البدأ عند نقطة الانطلاق -الحمامات غير مناسبه أبداً ( مختلطه ) -لا يوجد توزيع مياه عند كل نقطة في المضمار - لا يوجد طعام مناسب بعد السباقة - الطريق للوصول الي نقطة التجمع غير معبده ( سياراتنا تكسرت بارك الله فيكم ) -- لا توجد اي تحفيزات للمشاركه مره اخرى مع الاسف عدا ذلك لقد اسمتعت بالمشاركه و بالمناظر الجميله جداً اتمنى ان يكون هنالك تنظم جميل في المستقبل و وحوافز اجمل و شكراً ”
