“Terrible organisation disqualified some many kids!!! I can not believe that all were cheating and is an apparent lack on the organisation to avoid this situation or send the race information with more time. The organizers shall be disqualified, not the children!!!”

“Bad signaling that led to unnecessary disqualifications. No water from an early stage of the run. Almost an hour waiting under the sun for the results to be printed. ”

“Hydration is not good, the transition from swim to bike is 1km run, marshals are not guiding the course properly, there’s no finisher shirt as indicated, this is one of my worst races. ”

“- Cycling track was quite dirty - Good that we do not use the cycling lane for cycling anymore - this was extremely dangerous. But T1 needs to be closer to the water, even if that means closing traffic for a couple of hours ”

“I enjoy the race, however notice that you have a problem with the software, I have 50 years but appeared in the 45-49 category, I know I was not the only one. Did not matter to me, but is something easy to fix. Good work anyway, enjoyed fully the race”

“Was great event, especially to start in Sept. Was some confusion on the bike track - I saw some turning off the course too soon and was confused. Had to ask some others to make sure I was on the right track. ”

“it was very good overall, organization simple and nice, price affordable, maybe we could have done the complete swim, water went missing on the run. ”

“I was really shocked that there wasn’t any water in the running part of the Sprint distance that I did. (5km) I was about to faint, I was trying to see on the floor if there are any bottles that had water in them because i was so thirsty and it was so hot. It’s a shame that you ran out of water. Also, it was a very hot day yesterday, at the end of my race I would’ve liked to sit down where there’s no sun to cool down, but unfortunately I couldn’t as there was no place to sit.”

“Good morning! The was nice but I saw two bad things, one the transition so far after swim and two the water ran out at the end of the race, it’s very bad for the athletes because the weather is very hot. I’d like to say that cannot happen again. Please. Dehydration is serious and can cause health problems for us athletes.”

“Overall well run, however Swim- maybe have blue mats as you exit the swim so your feet aren’t too sandy when you have to put you runner on to run to transition Transition- too far from bikes Run- they ran out of water at the stations. A young boy was handing them out but was then throwing water at ppl to cool them down which was nice but then no water for ppl who just needed a drink”

“Start finish line should be closer to the swim. More marshals required out on the bike leg, it only takes 1 person to knock over the cone or break the tape and the route becomes unclear. A few marshals out at some intersections would have solved this, or bloke the road completely with large cones so it is very clear. The bike leg should be swept, free of sand on the corners left by the construction trucks. Quite dangerous on the corners with the amount of dirt on the road surface.”

“Transition was far too long. No mats down on sand so feet covered in sand going into shoes No marshals at all on the bike course No water after first loop of run No water at the finish line. Even with these not was still an enjoyable event but get the basics, you have to have water. ”

“The organizing was horrible! Juniors had to do 2x runs! No Marshall's to assist on route and the kids were disqualified! Shocking for the price we paid! Very disappointed. ”

“Excellent event. The only issue was in the cycling track, there was a bifurcation without proper instructions to which direction to choose. ”

“What happened with the disqualification of so many kids? I became 3rd and left early so I didn't get my 3rd place podium and medal. Can I pick it up somewhere? Call me or what's app 0525236682, email [email protected]

“Worst event we’d ever attended. Hastily made! No organization. Premier website is rubbish! No contact number for queries! The race amount charged is too much for an event that has been similarly prepared by middle schoolers. The directions are so confusing that even the marshallers are giving wrong directions. Even the clock timer is wrong! So inconsistent. ”

Mishka R. - 11.09.2022

“Un-organized. The event has been hastily prepared. The 3rd party website in charge of payment and registration, premier online, do not even have contact number for queries and complaints. We got the bib number late at night. The directions where we have to go in the race is so unclear that even the marshallers were giving wrong info. ”

“Dear. My daughter (8y) enjoyed her first triatlon a lot. She got disqualified however; that upset her. I think it was because i helped her with her helmet at the first transition and one staff member told me then that parents were not allowed to help. Other staff members in the morning did say parents were allowed to help children. If you organise a community triathlon for kids, you need to be clear in the communication. Now half the kids are disqualified and upset. Not the way to recruit ”

“I thought the race was great and in general well organised. However, I felt the race director was rude and unhelpful when asked direct questions. Some of water stations were not set up on time and there was no shade provided for the athletes or supporters after the race. ”

Mario P. - 11.09.2022

“There was limited information prior to the event, such as track maps for the different categories. The bib pack was very poor (no freebies), and collection was limited to an hour prior to the start, when usually this is opened the day before. There was no water available for a large portion of the race, and it was very hot and Sunny. There was no shade available either. Overall, I appreciate the efforts, but was very disappointed.”

“For the kids race…. Poorly organised with virtually no Marshall’s (over 50% of the kids got disqualified!). Main organiser quite rude and put the blame on the children. Transition distance was virtually the same as the actual race running distance and again, poorly marked do kids dig t know where they were going. No pre-race information sent out. Water ran out”

“- no race briefing received by email - cycling track was not marked/ marshalled clearly - distance from swim to T1 too far espc for Juniors - host wasn’t very friendly ”

Tom B. - 11.09.2022

“Unfortunately, I did not receive the race briefing in advance and had to follow up on it the day before the event. I would have expected to receive the briefing in advance without having to request it. The distance from the swim to T1 was too far and added 1.8km of running to the race. That is longer than the actual running distance for the Junior category. Tom was disqualified as he didn’t complete the full track for the cycling leg. The track was not marked clearly and there were no marshals.”
