“Well organized event for runners of all levels - Safe course, family friendly and very inclusive. Some nice prizes and giveaways. ”

“bad organization - No deposits (I had to leave my bag on the pavement), monotonous route, 3km runners (most of them- walkers) blocking the route, cheap medal, no giveaways (email from organizers “some of the free participants got the gifts twice”)!!!!, rude staff, muffin and coffee as the “breakfast” distributed by one station. No answer form the organizers after the answer about the possibility of sending the giveaways. ”

“BAD ORGANISER - 1st I arrived for the registration my number already taken by somebody else. The just gave the available number there. I register for the 5km, but at the starting the 2km runners already assemble for start. I start the back of them even I need to start first. The organizer did not control it. The tshirt for the even are very cheap quality and not worth to with the registration fee and I cannot request for my size. The organizer also don't know how to control participants for the collection.”

“Good value event - Good value for money, with nice giveaways at the end. Lots of parking. Perhaps next time have more space for collecting the numbers at the start and bins at the water stations - some bottles were still visible on the course a week later.”

“Nice course but need to improve aid station - Negative point: - Aid station: not a good idea to give bottled water because of few reasons - 1. not easy to open a bottle of water while running - 2. a lot of waste as while running people usually only drink few sips - Give away: when I finished the 10k there was already no more T-shirt Positive point: Result: there was a little issues with the results of the woman 10k age category but you were able to fix it and we were able to have a proper podium :)”

“Average event - Water service was ok! giveaways, i just received a Cap and a medal nothing else. i dont have any pics of mine and i dont see any time certificate to download! ”

“Disappointed - I have sent a complain yesterday about the race pack. I am expecting an immediate response. I am really disappointed as I've only received medal and breakfast, nothing else. “Good event but can be improved - The event was generally ok. Required different routes or start timings for 3k and 10k runners as there was congestion at the finishing. Giveaways was poor as I didn't receive my gift pack after finishing the 10k. Could you please send my t-shirt?”

“Disappointing - Very disappointed probably the worst race yet... not enough t shirts given out did not even wait to hear the results as it was that bad.”

“Decent race, but not the best - Did not come into the races with big expectations, but it was decent value for money. Areas of improvement: - The medal could be better. - Would be nice to have separate lanes for the 3k and the other runners (especially after the 3k runners turn back as it made the road quite crowded) - Several people did not get drink vouchers (me included) ”

“No response to email from the organiser!! - I had to email the organiser due to getting an injury and requested either refund or credit but didn't even have a response from my email. Events here are expensive and i understand it may have been late notice but i did take the cancellation insurance but what is unprofessional is the lack of communication to my email. ”

“Good run, but event giveaways sucks - Somehow organizers could not count number of participants. T-shirts was not available any longer after I finished. So called "breakfast" was muffin and coffee. This is OK, but just don't call it breakfast. There was just one station to give away muffins and coffee with very line of people waiting to get it. Running was good, but everything after that really sucked.”

“Solid and decently organised - Some harsh criticisms there! I thought it was OK. No issue in registering, it started on time, course routing was clear, distance seemed accurately measured, organisation at finish was fine. Serious runners were able to do their thing. Water stations were short-handed....needed more people. Queue for breakfast looked horrendous, but it was still free.”

“Race pack distribution - Race pack distribution need to be controlled properly by the right person from organizer. Correct shirt size to be given to the participant. Finisher medal should have better quality.”

“it was fablous event. - The event was very well organized. The route was entirely traffic free and supervised by 3 police cars, it was amazing. the signage, road Marshalls, water stations , every thing is found up to the standard.”

“Poor pre communication and lack of distance signs - I contacted the organiser twice before the event but no reply. When I went to collect my race pack there was a mistake with my entrance. Which is why I was contacting the organiser. No signs to say how far left with 3k to go which made pacing the final bit of the race hard. Event giveaways looked to be good but had run out by the time 10k had finished and there was no organisation for queuing for these giveaways after he event. ”
