“A good race for all abilities - Hadn't done one of these for a while. The organization has really got very slick, but still keeping a friendly vibe, and the Meydan is a great venue. A few more Marshalls could help to stop a few cheeky cheaters but the medal, banana and water at end were all appreciated. Maybe some outside caterers could help, if MeydAn allow it, because snacks were a bit pricey! An enjoyable morning.”

“Well organised. Friendly atmosphere. Quick results - Very well organised races with plenty of age categories for chances to get on the podium for both children and adults! Good prizes for winners. Nice to have a 4/8k option rather than a 5/10k for a change. Registration efficient and information/communication good. Runners and organisers very friendly and always a good atmosphere. Results available very quickly. Only bad thing is the course-very, very boring-especially the 8k as it is two laps. Otherwise a great series.”

“Okay but uninteresting course - On the whole a very well organised event but after now having run in other events i would say: The course is average, not very interesting. Don't think I would run this event 5 times i.e the whole series. There could be more water stations. The email communication though is excellent - very clear.”

“Good - Registration, communication, route signage and the course was excellent. It is a beautiful race. Very poor was the event pack delivery, event giveaways and medal. The delivery of event pack is done at the end of the race, therefore if you do not finish in the top, you don't get a choice of size of shirt because all the small and medium sizes have gone. This means you end up with an oversized shirt, too big for you so you can't wear it. The quality of shirts and the medal were very poor. ”

“Perfect organisation to end the series - I ran all 5 of the races in this season's series, and can say that the organisation improved with each passing race. Today it was all nailed on just right, and it's good the 8km distance is correctly measured now. Well done to Warren and his team, not just for today but for the whole series. I'm looking forward to next season.”

“Worth doing once - Friendly staff, but room for improvement - my race number was missing, no lockers, and above all a very boring route for what could have been a very interesting venue. How about running on the race track or golf course? Perhaps I missed it, but in the pre-race material I don't recall seeing anything saying 'showers available but no towels' and 'no lockers available' for the race, which would have been useful.”

“A good run - Found the start quickly. Quite well organised. Plentiful Tshirt and water/fruit/medal stock at finish when we finished. Some workers but didn't see any get in the way - were mostly looking at the novelty. Meydan could have found a better time to trim the bushes though! Also my race logging mapped it at 4.3km as did my husbands..”

“Very disappointed ,feel cheated. - 1. Online registeration said breakfast available however at race I was told it's paid! Thank you !!! 2. All medium & large T shirts finished with only xl available ? My friend finished @46mins & I @56. 3. During the race the workers/ random people were walking on the race path. Where were the volunteers!? 4. Only positive helpfulgentleman at the registeration. I left after the medal & on discovering the above nonsense. Of all my 6 races this season, this was the worst! ”

I would like to spot and thanks, The person i have been in contact in the previous event to help as late entry( shame on me , i finally missed the wake up, booooh) in name is Warren. I have to say he is super reactive and helpful especially as i didn t know him.”
