I would suggest that an FAQ be available on the OnlinePremier website - I could not find out how i would get my chip and what i had to select to pay for when registering”

“Start needs to be better organized - Letting 2 social groups go first was a complete disaster. It resulted in a huge group of about 60 people for the first 17K with all abilities. The groups then split based upon sheer size and a small group of riders just controlled the front from there with others just hanging on for the ride. Start should be based upon espeed as it has expected speed as it has in the past if the results are going to be used to place people in the groupings for the race.”

“Pre event communication - This was the first time for me to do this event and i enjoyed it. However, I would have liked to have received a route map before the event. Moreover, there were no water stations on the track, and if there were i didn't know about them or see them. and they weren't demarked on any map that could have been sent to us in the email briefing. one of my friends had an minor accident on the bike and cut his finger. there was no first aid stop for the entire track. ”

“Good event - Great event and well organised. Considering the timing taken beeing part of the seeding for the Spinneys 92K challenge, it would have been preferred if the track had been closed for the 3 hours having more than 500 riders buldozing through to not lose any seconds, making it a somewhat hazard for other riders using the track, especially those who chose to go counterclockwise. (Or as an alternative at least request that all go clockwise during the 3 hours minimising the safety hazard).”

“Well organised - Track should be closed during such events, it's only 3 hours or so long, gets pretty hairy for those riding the opposite direction, can't blame the Build Up riders when there is a cross wind as escelons can form”

If I can suggest something is to skip the really short build up rides (35 and 45km) and to have from 65 onwards. “Abysmal - Dangerous, badly organised, unsuitable route for 700 cyclists starting and finishing within 45 mins of each other Organisers had no control on starting waves, no guidelines were put down on passing other riders on the track and an absolutely horrific number of arrogant and inconsiderate participants Event was badly marshalled - 2/3 points where traffic / horses were crossing the track were not marshalled. (50 cyclists crossing a blind side road with no marshal at 40kph - unacceptable)”
