“Still miss JBH !!!!! - As always a BIG THANK YOU to all the volunteers and the event organisers. Much better just running on the 1 lane. The water stations were in strange locations and confused a few people. Great that the medal has changed - no date though??? All in all, nothing in life is perfect but it has improved a lot!!! Still miss the old days and running the race in the grounds of JBH - what a setting !!!!!!!! Thanks ”

“Nice race - The race was nice, started early enough not to be overheated, but unfortunately I found there to be too few water stations As well, the water served was luke warm. It would have been nice to have another station at the last turnaround (close to the finish line) as we were to do the loop 2x anyway (for the 8km race). In a nutshell, the water stations were not strategically place and we could have done with one more....thanks!”

“Overall good but lacks attention to detail - Overall this is a cracking good event but some big niggles. I've done this twice now and both times there has been no toilet paper and no hand towels in the loos. I expect 50%of runners get the adrenalin hit before the event and need to sit on the loo. But no paper and I reported the same on my last rating so have extras put in the night before. Other gripe two water stations on the same side of the road 400m apart and nothing on the back straight so you had to avoid runners coming the other way”

“Was great even dough still a bit hot - Water statios were on the same side and too close from each other the kilometers signages were very confusing”

“Decent event. - Only fault was people crossing to use the wrong drinks stations making more difficult to grab a drink easily. Not really the fault of the organisers I accept. Very good event!”

“Decent race - Liked being out at the track but race course was uneventful. Not much to look at on that course. ”

“Good event but results need improving - This is a nice friendly race with a good atmosphere however it's let down by the results. There needs to be someone checking the people finishing and not just relying on the chip. The ladies winner of the 12k only ran 8k as did another on the 12k ladies podium. The results were corrected afterwards but there needs to be a better way to catch the people who don't run the distance but then stand on the podium!!”

“Better on one side of road, as no trucks. - As always well organised liked fact race on one side of road. no trucks and could see faces of other runners struggling in the heat too. Suggest put water station in middle of road so can be accessed from both sides next time. Also please double check the results are correct before presentations. Winner of 12 km only ran 8km. people sweat and work hard for these places and opportunity to get on podium. Still a great event, thanks. See you next time.”

“Super race - Love this series, have supported it since the JBH days. No real complaints, although a properly-marked start line would be nice, and maybe faster results? Overall though, I enjoyed it, thanks to Warren and the team for their hard work. Also - it's nice to have a decent race not on a Friday! Please keep the Saturday slots. ”
