“Host was great, event was well done - Very well done event. The breakfast was particularly outstanding since it was completely healthy, diverse, and done with care. The hosting hotel was also of very good service and quality. Only improvement would be directions of which direction to go during the race and some more support stations to cheer racers on. ”

“A good one to start with - This is my first event or marathon, so will cherish these memories life long. How ever when we registered we have provided the sizes of our t-shirts and the distribution should have happened with respect to the registrations made by the respective participants. Since this was not governed properly, I didn't get my size which I've ordered and so I haven't collected the T-Shirt. It would have been very good to keep the T-shirt as a memory which I don't have one now.”

“Great experience. Would love to do it again - The pre and post racing activities were very well organized. Also the race starting organization, the timing, etc. were very well planned. If there were things to be done better, no posts guiding the people to the event. One of the major negatives was that the stairwell was not well ventilated and cooled”

“Registration and Race Packs - I suggest delivering the race packs before the race day to be ready for the race an don need to carry your things around. The chip instructions and options on the website were not clear. I ended up buying a yellow chip which I now do not need.”

As per others feedback, I do have to agree that the pre event communication was poor. Also a little disappointed there was no medal especially as it is quite a unique challenge. Would I do it again....most definitely!”

“Great event, could improve in a few areas - Enjoyed the event very much, thank you to all the organisers. Pre event communication was very poor however. Also, including breakfast in the price of the event was good for those who wanted it but, in my case, I did not want breakfast so an option to pay a lower entry fee for no breakfast would be appreciated. Considering this was the most expensive event I have entered in Dubai, the lack of a medal for finishers was a disappointment. Other than that, good work.”

“Perfect race-day, lacking pre-event support - The only improvement I would recommend is on pre-event information. E-mails to remind about the event day and procedures and maybe even some training advice would complete an otherwise perfect organization. Event-day could not be smoother. Number, chip and t-shirt collection is seamless. The timing always respected to the minute and all the event-day support flawless all the day to the prize-award ceremony. Well done to the organizers and I wish many more Vertical Marathons to come.”
