“Good run but no t-shirt! - Well organised in comparison to other runs I have participated in the UAE, started on time. Only gripe I have is that its the only run I have participated in that has not provided a t-shirt. Nice towel though! :) I think the event could have been better advertised and also details released further in advance, the lack of time/advertising resulted in low # of runners taking part in the earlier 7.2km run which didnt really create atmosphere. Also deliver race packs/greater choice for collection.”

“Fun event, the whole family enjoyed - We took the shuttle bus service, which was good and our young kids enjoyed being on a big bus. It was just a bit of a wait to get the bus back to the parking area in the end. I noticed that there were enough parking possibilities close to the event, so next time I will probably park there. ”

“Great Event - Well Organised. - A Big THANK YOU to all the event organisers and to the volunteers. Such a nice event and well organised. I only did the 7.2k event so can only comment on that. Some great stalls with food/coffee etc and I'm sure that the event will grow over the years. As its only a week before the Dubai Marathon, it might have deterred a few people from participating. Look forward to the next 1 and to continually supporting such great local events. Well done, great start. ”

“Great idea! Need more of these events! - Thoroughly enjoyed the event! Need more of these beach running events - runner numbers will hit a critical mass as more people discover the event so maybe a series over the winter months is the way to go. Would probably have had more numbers if held after the Dubai Marathon. ”
