Unfortunately for us the event started 15 mins early and our son missed it, he was really sad as he had been so excited! Helen used her initiative and quickly organised for Matthew to do the race with her and a couple of friends! Also thanks to the lady who quickly arranged a refund for me, everyone was very professional! Next time we will know to arrive 30 mins before and not 15 :-)! ”

“It was amazing - The aquathalon today was amazing , handling the swimmers was very good and wasn't too crowded. Mr.Daniel and Mr.Steve spoke and dealt with the Kids like parents do and with positivity and kindness. The beautiful thing, they considers swimmers like families , they cheer them up , talk them and give them enthusiasm to start the race. What I liked they gave each group their time , so after each group they will few seconds for the other group to start without pressuring them and stressing them.”
