“There are better races - This is pretty forgettable, if you really just want to get up on a weekend and run, then I guess it could be worth it. ”

“Water station was not hygienic - Water in the track course was not hygience they put the water inside the black garbage and guy scoop water his hands,there is small water cup cover or small bottle instead of big gallon was transfer into big bucket cover with plastic garbage bag. why no shirt provided?but anyway the course was good.”

“Scope for improvement - Could have been organised in a better way.. There were no refreshments available as mentioned in the site.. We were asked to give t-shirt sizes.. This was misleading as we did not receive any t-shirts.. Other organisers give refreshments , energy drinks after the run and t-shirts as suveniors. The medals too was of poor quality.. It did have any details on it about the event / date / organiser.”

There is no place on the web site that actually states ...click here to get bib number No directions to the event even when you get to Meydan as usual the announcements could not be understood and a more articulate and clear 'mike' system is needed”

“Disappointing Medal & Giveaways... - The course wasn't really organised, a few pickup cars were cruising around although this was supposed to be a closed course. The medal is nothing worthy of keeping...A generic medal with a sticker. Giveaways? A Towel? Not even the promised "Drifit Asics Running T-Shirt"...”

“ Another great series - Like the event. Was a bit warm, but its Dubai. another Well organised event. Shame paper insert in medal, but I suppose its a cost thing... great atmosphere too, and I ran a PB... slightly odd about how awards are done though. Fastest isn't necessarily the winner, if in a different age category? all good stuff though.. well done to all organisers, sponsors and marshalls. Would be great if could get more runners, especially the 12km as gets a bit deserted on last lap.... Role on next season...”

“This events improves time on time - Well done to Warren and his team, they have taken on board previous critism and made changes to the event. Communication and pre-start announcement were clear, marshalling good, no traffic (golf cart excepted) and post race results and awards timely and clear. Well done guys, look forward to next season. Only one 'but'... Can the course be a little more exciting/picturesque? I remember the days it used to be at JB Hotel...”

“Efficient, friendly event - Easy to reach start location. Hard to hear instructions at start because instructions echoed off the parking garage. Better marshalling at turnaround point compared to race #4 so less confusion for runners. Useful towel as a giveaway. ”

“Good event - Well organised, but I would add waste separation near fruit and water stations.”

“Good race , wel organized - It's a good race , well organized but needs to start earlier when the temperature goes above 30 degrees. A 7am start with on a morning with temperatures reaching 34-37 degrees is not the wisest for competitors well being. Also medals should have the date of the race as a memorabilia . ”

“Bad experience - There were no details or signs on the site. no one on meydan track knows about the event. I wasted more than one hour to find the start point and i couldnt find. moreover i tried to go to the club house and the security didnt allowed me to enter. finally i called the organizer to complain and he replied: we have more that 350 participants reached the location.. i am busy now .. it's like "if you couldn't reach thats your problem..!" BTW i saw more that three participates were lost as well.”
