“Swim course was much better set out. ”
“Inadequate medical assistance at the finish line which is often where the most serious, life threatening issues arise. A properly qualified doctor should be employed & on standby for these events. The paramedics who were meant to be able to assist in an emergency were not able to perform basic CPR and resuscitation. Another competitor had to do this. It is not acceptable.
Insufficient water stations on the run given the temperature.
You ran out of medals and not all finishers received one.”
“Great event with good improvements. Shame the timing did not show split times. Also, is it possible to collect VISS - FIT team medals for 2nd place team in sprint event...shock result!!!”
“Well, the organization of the event was fantastic, actually, room from improvement is very small.
However, withthe solely intentiontohelp make these events safer, tryingtoreduce the risk inapossible critical situation,I would like to share with youan ideathatcame up to my mind after the race, this might be considered for future events (in case youhaven't doneityet): Instruct the personnel on the water stations what todo in caseof an emergency, ambulancephone number forexample would becritical.

“Great Event, but there are too many other peiople and there's no split timings. Otherwise well organized and the venue and briefing was to the point.”
“Overall good event, it's a shame that no more split times are being provided.”
“It was my last race at El Mamzar where I started my very first triathlon 5 years ago. I have now to come back to France.
Thk you Warren and all the team around you.
I will miss you all, the Corniche, the wind, the heat, sometimes the jellyfish...
Keep carry on and all the best.
“Really enjoyed this race, friendly atmosphere!”

Love the swim course and liked the course overall. Great road closures and good marshalling and signage
Area's to improve:
Disappointing that they ran out of medals.
Us "slower people' really like to get the medals too you know”
“The swim course was good this time, suggest keeping that one. Always like the full road closures, seemed to notice more policy assistance this time. Only small suggestion - a reminder during briefing that should keep right when biking as quite a few newbies riding on the left and middle areas. ”
“Would have been good to have a aid station in T2 or at least 100mts out of T2.
A official timing split for each discipline would have been good.
Nice fast course. ”
“Everything was well organised and happy decision was made to alter the swim course, but after running the Olympic distance it would've been nice to get a medal at the end - I'll just have to run quicker next time ”
“Obviously, next time qualified medics will be needed, if they are not supplied I imagine very few people would do the event after what happened. Also, they ran out of medals for finishers, not good. I did like the swim course though”
“Very bad idea of prizegiving. If you get an overall place they will not recognise you for your age group win but will give your win or place to the competitor after you. I paid for an age group but due to getting 2nd overall I was not allowed to be recognised for winning my age group. I train hard and am not a pro and i paid for that age group entry. I did the work so should be recognised for both my placings. Unfair system. I can't believe they would give someone a place that they did not win.”
“Very well organised, and a fantastic event to be part of.”
“Hi, I think that the super sprints u13 should be set off first due to the fact that we have a shorter course than the super sprints 13 and over... also this will mean that the slower swimmers won't get run over... swum over by the older supersprints
1. Splits added to race results
2. Have race packs hanging from bike rack in transition
3. Race belt in race pack
Otherwise terrific event!”
“I would suggest be more focus on the kit ”
