The TM: Running Training Program will be your guide to help improve your running skills, endurance and pace!

With a former world Beach Running champion and record holder taking part in this training camp, you are guaranteed to be a better runner whether you are a beginner or an intermediate runner.

This program also includes a full seminar provided for athletes picking up injuries and how to treat them, short talks about sports nutrition and many more.

• What is included in the training program?

  16 run sessions, Mondays & Wednesdays

• What are my options for the difficulty levels?

  Two groups to choose from: Beginners and Intermediate
  
  Beginners’ program includes:
  · How to manage your pace over 5 & 10 km distance.
  · Speed endurance and strength sessions
  · Run injury free
  
  Intermediate program includes:
  · Working on your running ability over 10 km and Half’s Marathons
  · Teaching you how to run negative splits over various distances.
  · Speed drill that creates faster splits with plyometric training.
  · Different strength session for endurance athletes.
  
  Both these programs include multi-talented middle to long distance athletic coaches.

• What additional information will I learn?

  Injury rehabilitation:
  · Full seminar are to be provided for athletes picking up injuries and how to treat them.
  
  Do we know what works for your feet? As an add on bonus this is something NEW for you.
  Foot Expeditions:
  · Selecting the right shoes that works for your feet.
  · Understanding what pronating, supinating, neutral and stability shoes are, with there
  differences.
  · This information is the key to an injury free running.
