The challenge of triathlon training is trying to fit it all in, on top of everything else in your life.
To improve at all three disciplines simultaneously, you need to train once per week for each one for a whole month.
Group Session:
• TRAINING SESSION : 3 training session with a coach per week
• TECHNIQUE: improvement in the 3 sports
• GROUP TRAINING: small group for maximum efficiency
• TRIATHLON COMMUNITY :You'll be amazed by how much you'll learn from others and how you'll benefit from being a part of a group.
• RACE GUIDANCE: Without needless waste of time you learn to pass the transition zone, exchange technical and strategic information and support you during the race.

Saturday:
Tri-Swim 7:00 am Al Hudyrat Beach
Sunday:
Tri-Cycle 6:00 pm Al Hudyrat Cycle Track
Wednesday:
Tri-Run 7:00 pm Zayed Sports City ( Athletic Track)
Personal training session to be arranged with client
Goody Bag, Refreshments, T-Shirt, 3 sessions with a coach per week for one month
