Method | We group our athletes in teams for proper coordination and training. During the training sessions, an athlete is able to achieve a maximum level of performance as they get to interact with each other and exchange ideas and experiences. Our qualified trainers recommend that for beginners, a simple bathing suit will suffice. Always remember that your safety comes first and due to this reason, we recommend that you carry your nose-plugs and goggles for swimming lessons.
What Will You Get?
1. TRAINING SESSION : in 8 x 1-1.5hr scheduled training sessions which will focus on emphasize posture and body position, with a faster progression so you will be able to train on the open water
2. TECHNIQUE: We will also cover skills for open water and finish each class with a short workout.
